Lauren Glass is a graduate student at Dartmouth College with degrees in philosophy and psychology. At Yale’s Center for Emotional Intelligence, she created a database of information about ‘contentment,' i.e. persisting inner tranquility, not beholden to circumstance. Lauren is currently practicing mindfulness and contentment-enhancing techniques for the purposes of personal growth and curriculum development. She specifically hopes to contribute to the integration of psychological and social justice concerns into contemporary philosophy. Her primary interests include existential metaphysics, philosophy of mind, and moral psychology.
