Among others, she was responsible for facilitating the international expansion of Monster.com, as well as the hypergrowth phase of recruitment agency YoungCapital, and its parent company The Works. Elbrich’s areas of expertise include organizational culture, executive coaching, HR Tech innovation, health management and positive psychology. Elbrich is an ambitious, committed, creative, emphatic, strategic C-level HR professional with a continuous drive to succeed by creating winning solutions, with a real fascination for how people and businesses work. She has a solid and extensive background in Human Resources in commercial (matrix) organizations, a strong ability to handle complex (HR) situations, data, cases, growth and reorganization scenarios. Her track record in achieving organizational goals through unleashing people’s talent speaks for itself. She has won several awards for her work, including Best HR Strategy of the Netherlands, Most Innovative Use of Technology in Recruitment, and HR Director of the Year. During her tenure at YoungCapital, the organization won the Best Managed Company Award three times, and was named one of the three best employers in the country.
