Erin Finley

Community School Director

Erin is so excited to be on a new journey as a Rollout Representative with The Contentment Foundation. She currently serves as the Community School Director at an elementary school in Brooklyn under the 21st Century Community Learning Center’s Grant. There she continuously works to incorporate a heavily arts-based/enrichment program to scholars through social-emotional practices.

This Atlanta native possesses excellent interpersonal skills/communication and excels at collaboration, teamwork, student engagement, curriculum execution, and relationship building. She shows this through her facilitation with professional development with teachers and administrators, restorative practices with scholars, as well as parent workshops with the community.

She has formerly worked in many different work environments related to education, management, teaching dance and choreography at sites such as: Southwest Arts Center (Atlanta, GA), Atlanta Public Schools, The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (Manhattan, NY), 1199 Youth Mentoring Program, Public and Charter schools in NYC metropolitan areas, to creatives of various ages from 3-63.

Erin holds a B.A. in Modern Dance from Point Park University and has studied at prestigious dance schools such as The Ailey School, UNCSA, The Rock School, and more. Her goal is to create a platform for our scholars to explore their creative limits through awareness and step into their full leadership capabilities!"
