Lauren has worked in the international education sector for the last 10 years, in a variety of roles including admissions, marketing, compliance, consulting, alumni relations, and fundraising. She began her career in London, UK and relocated to the US in 2019. She currently serves as Alumni and Development Coordinator for Corbett Preparatory School of IDS in Tampa, Florida - the Contentment Foundation’s International Model School. She is an active member of the school’s Wellness Team, helping ensure that everyone in the school fully benefits from the Four Pillars of Wellbeing curriculum and practices. She serves as a Rollout Representative for the Contentment Foundation, and is inspired by sharing the gift of indestructible wellbeing with students, families and staff members at schools around the world.

Lauren’s life has completely transformed since she began a daily practice of going inward and cultivating a healthy connection with herself. Lauren believes one of our primary responsibilities is to serve as our own source of emotional nourishment. She is a huge advocate of the idea that all meaningful change in the world is cultivated from the inside-out and is dedicated to uplifting and improving the lives of as many people as possible during her lifetime.
