Mark has been practicing corporate and securities law for about 20 years. He loves helping his clients on their path to achieving their dreams, whether that means offering his business and legal expertise by leveraging his experience representing an array of clients in various industries and size, ranging from start-ups to billion dollar companies, or accessing his decade of personal development and inner transformational work to listen, support and counsel his clients. Mark received his Bachelor's in Biology from the University of Southern California, his Juris Doctorate from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
